May I ask why do you need the info for the case markings? Several aspects of the case marking on device is for TI internal tracking purposes.
The relevant portion of the case marking that are needed by customer are posted in the datasheet or errata.

e.g www.ti.com/.../sprz216j.pdf pg 6 Section 1.2

This marking looks strange with the "$" symbol. Should the "$" really be there?
