DM648 Ethernet subsystem

Hi,

The Ethernet module on our board seems to have its Module reset bit MRST in the MDSTAT33 always asserted. So we are having trouble accessing the SGMII registers on DM648 port 0. When connecting with emulator, if we try to view any Ethernet related registers from CCS, CCS gets disconnected. The same happens if we try to run a sample ethernet HelloWorld program.

Have tried with Flashing the UBL and booting from flash too. But could not access the SGMII registers.

When and why will the MRST bit be 0 (asserted) in the MDSTAT33 at address 0x2046A88? Could not find an answer for this in the sprueu6. The PDCTL1 at address 0x2046304 is 0x101 and PDSTAT1 at a0x2046204 is 0x301. Both of them seem to have proper values. The 1.2V power supply is also alright.
