AM4378: Overshoot/undershoot specification

Hi,

AM437x datasheet has the following description as definition of overshoot / undershoot spec.

Transient overshoot and undershoot specification at I/O terminal

20% of corresponding IO supply voltage for up to 20% of signal period

When using VDDSHV1 , please tell me the specific voltage shown in the following figure.
Is it correct below?
Does the AM335x have the same idea as well?

nominal 3.3V

Yes, your understanding is correct. Same applies for AM335x too.

Is the calculation correct with the nominal value of the IO voltage, not the max value of the IO voltage?

Note 1 below the table in section 5.1 of the AM437x Datasheet states:

"Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only, and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under Recommended Operating Conditions is not implied. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability."

I would like to check whether the voltage of the red circle in the figure is -0.5V of Absolute Maximum Ratings or 0V of VSS.

It should be VSS.
