TMS320C6678: Memory Recommendations

Part Number: TMS320C6678

Hello,

All of the memory integrated into the evaluation schematics for the TMS320C6678ACYP DSP (NAND,NOR,EEPROM) are obsolete.

Can you recommend up to date part numbers that will work with the TMS320C6678ACYP and are available through Digikey or Mouser?

Basically JEDEC compliant UDIMM and SODIMM modules are supported.

Hi,
Unfortunately, we can't continually refresh the EVM designs when memory components go obsolete. I don't have a list of current part numbers to replace the devices that are no longer available but the interface specifications are current in the data manual. You can use that information to select a new part.
