Because notify overwrites GPIO2 Crossbar setting, more details:

so I want to change the xbar of system mailbox 5 user 0 for dsp1,I modify the ipc_3_47_01_00/packages/ti/sdo/ipc/family/vayu/NotifySetup.c like that:

But after that,the messageq is not ok, are there other code should be modify?

Hi,

Sahin, I only modify the ipc_3_47_01_00/packages/ti/sdo/ipc/family/vayu/NotifySetup.c file like what's shown above.Then rebuild the ipc_3_47_01_00. The ex02_messageq example is from ipc_3_47_01_00.

Hi Vefone,

I'm a bit confused, GPIO2 interrupt is used by EVE2 mailbox 0 user 1, so why do you want to change the xbar of system mailbox 5 user 0?

Please take a look at sections 17.3.2 and 17.3.12 of the TRM if you haven't done so already:

Have you tried only changing the xbar of the interrupt you need and leaving everything else as default?

Hi,

Sahin , I know that the GPIO2 interrupt is used by EVE2 mailbox 0 user 1,but the the xbar of system mailbox 5 user 0 also map to GPIO interrupt (maybe gpio3),so I want to change the xbar of system mailbox 5 user 0 to other place.

yes,if i only changing the xbar of the EVE2 mailbox 0 user 1,it works fine.

The problem is that I want to change the xbar of system mailbox 5 user 0 to a not used xbar,not only solve the problem of gpio2 interrupt conflict with EVE2 mailbox 0 user 1.

Hi,

Sahin , It seems that NotifySetup_module->interruptTable is the reason. After I add the NotifySetup_module->interruptTable[8] = 50; to NotifySetup_Module_startup function on

ipc_3_43_02_04\packages\ti\sdo\ipc\family\vayu\notifySetup.c file, the messageq is ok!

I looked into the ex02_messageq/dsp1/bin/debug/configuro/package/cfg/Dsp1_pe66.c, the interruptTable of HOST ([8]) defined on ti_sdo_ipc_family_vayu_NotifySetup_Module__state__V is 0x39.

1. how the ti_sdo_ipc_family_vayu_NotifySetup_Module__state__V ve created?Where the 0x39 defined?

It should not be here,maybe it is defined on other place.
