Dm505x - Is it real?

Hi,

I'm not sure this is the right place for this question,  but there is no DM505x forum. 

I'm looking at using a DM505x in a new product but when I look at the 'Order it' page it says the device is not available,  and there is very little available as far as reference designs.  Is this a real device ready to be designed into a product?  Are there any reference designs available? 

I saw D3's offerings but it seems to be a proprietary design, no schematics available without non-disclosures and such,  which kind of puts me off.
