Do we have any reference designs that use LPDDR2 with the AM4376? We are interested in using the layout as a reference.

You can take a look at the AM438x EPOS EVM here: http://www.ti.com/tool/tmdxevm438x-epos

The EPOS EVM is intended for customers specifically in that market, however all the design documents are available for you to use as a reference.
