Please tell me the requirements of H / W to implement TI - RTOS.

The following configuration is assumed.

-Memory:DDR3 256MByte(Micron 128Mbit x 16)

 Please tell me the minimum memory capacity.

-BootROM:Nor-Flash 64Mbyte(Micron 32Mbit x 16)

  Please tell me the minimum BootROM capacity.

-Gbe PHY:88E1512 (Marvell)

 Does TI - RTOS support this device?

    Hi,

    The above configurations should work (256MB RAM). There is no requirement for minimum DDR, that depends on your application (how much RAM would you require for processing your data).

    As for the NOR-Flash, 64Mbyte is should be enough, the MLO & the RTOS application that is booted shouldn't take more than that.

    Yes Marvell PHYs are supported.
