Hi team,

Do the data stored in sdram will be lost during the reset of the DSP? And i wonder that if the sdram will keep auto-refreshing during the reset.

    Hi,

    See the two reset types in Section 6.4 Reset of the datasheet. There is no mention that sdram keeps the data stored into it. Only the internal memory is maintained during warm reset, so yes, the data stored in sdram will be lost.

    For the second part see Section 13.2.7 Refresh Scheduling in the TRM. Again there is no mention in the datasheet that DDR controller registers will keep their values during reset, so autorefresh will not keep happening during reset.
