Hi,

We want to add VPBE external clock to our own board. Do you know the voltage of the oscillator for this external clock?

VPBECLK pin is used for external clock; per the data-sheet, this pin is 1.8 volt input.

Note that this question is device specific , different parts may have different voltage levels on various pins. In this case Juan is correct that the DM6446 has a VPBECLK signal that operates at the 1.8v level, however if this same question is asked about in reference to a DM6437 the same VPBECLK signal is a 3.3v level, whichever device is used one should check the datasheet to confirm the voltage level, this should be mentioned in the Terminal Functions table for the pin within the datasheet.
