DM6467 - BT656 progressive input

Hello,

I am tring to find out if the DM6467T can accept a progressive BT656 data stream at its video inputs (54Mhz pixel clk)
Does it mean that the output of the same channel  has to be progressive also ?

    Hi,

    Yes, it can support your input stream.

    No, the output doesn't have to be progressive. The input and output ports are independent. However VPIF itself doesn't do any signal/data processing, so you might need to use DSP for what what  you want to do.
