CSL license question

Hi all,

 

I am not sure if this is the right section of the forum or not for this question, so if someone can point me to a better place to ask it that would be appreciated.  My question is about what license the CSL is distributed under.  In the source code there is this bit:

   Use of this software is controlled by the terms and conditions found
   in the license agreement under which this software has been supplied.

but I cannot find any specific license that is being referenced.  Basically, I am wondering what steps would need to be taken if I were to sell software that uses the CSL.

    It's referring to the click-wrap license you needed to accept in order to install the software.  Here's a snippet from that license agreement that looks relevant to your question:

    "TI hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of such programs solely and exclusively for use with semiconductor devices manufactured by or for TI."
