AM4376: Ethernet Multicast support

Hi team,

Do we have support for multicast on the Ethernet peripheral on our AM4376 device? If so, do we have any specific documentation or articles?

Hi,

The cpsw on the AM4376 has the ability to support multicast traffic. This will be OS dependent in how the traffic is configured for the interface.

If the OS is Linux there are several examples for configuring multicast traffic that can be found on the web. Please review the TRM section 15.3.2.7 Address Lookup Engine (ALE) that discusses the multicast filtering. There is also the TI switch config utility described on this wiki:
