If you have a live wallpaper apk just install it as any other Android app. This should work directly. I have see few devices based on arowboat supporting live wallpaper, you can even check this at some Android community portals.

HI Khasim,

I know android 2.1/2.2 supporing live wallpaper now,because launcher（android home） is supported。I try install a live wallpaper on rowboat，but wallpaper manager not found live wallpaper， why?
