Our customer sent us a questions about AM5728 datasheet(SPRS953D)
"Table 5-1. Absolute Maximum Rating Over Junction Temperature Range".
Question:
Their understanding of "VIO (Transient Overshoot/Undershoot)" is as below;
- The Note said "valid for up to 20% of the signal period"
- They use vddshv3 = +3.3V (VDD)
- Transient Overshoot = +3.96V (= 3.3 + 3.3 x 0.2 )
- Transient Undershoot = -0.66V (= 0 - 3.3 x 0.2 )
Is this understanding correct?
