Are there ready to use web brower for the platform?

    Unfortunately there is no out of the box web browser for the Davinci platform, however the Monta Vista filesystem out of the box will run X (try running startx on your board and watch the video output) so porting a web browser to Davinci is something that should be possible. Something like Midori may work out well due to being relatively light weight, though something more advanced like Konqueror may also be possible, though the bigger the browser the slower things will be. I have also heard of Opera being ported to Davinci though this will likely have additional licensing costs.

    There is a text-based browser called lynx included with the DVSDK.  Also, Opera is a commercial web browser which has been ported to DaVinci (for additional $$)
