I have one thing want to ask you regarding to DDR2 layout. I'm refer to SPRS586B P133 Table 6-29.
My question is "What is a meaning of #6 PCB Routing Feature Size ? (Typ 4mil) "
Is this clearance between signal and singal ? If it's not so, please more detail specify ?
