Does TI provides paid technical supports?

    I am not aware of any paid technical support. We support our Processors (including Sitara and DSPs) via our e2e. There are also field application engineers that support accounts in their region.
    Our goal is to provide all necessary information for our customers to design our products via TI.com and we use all questions posted in our e2e to improve our documentation, software and collaterals.
    Besides the documentation in the product folders, there are several videos that help customers as well.
