At present, the junction temperature of chip work is more than 100 degrees, whether it can work normally

    See the chip markings, as you noted Figure 8-1 describes what it means. There are 4 standards as stated in AM335x Device Nomencalture:
    commercial junction temepreature
    extended junction temperature
    industrial junction temperature
    industrial extended junction temperature
