Davinci dm6446 under linux 2.6.10 kernel crashes after several days

Dear Sir or Madam,

Our product uses the Davinci dm6446-810 (TMX320DM6446AZWT8)  and mvpro 4.0 - linux MV 2.6.10 kernel.
Recently, we have the crash problem to our device. Please see the crashdump below.
