spnu118u ARM Assembly Language Tools reference manual does not describe the instruction manual. Chapter 4 of it refers to TMS470R1x User's Guide for assembly language instructions. I believe this partially resolves my need. Please share if there is any manuals that explicitly covers the version that is used in OMAP-L138? For example, CPSR can be assessed for specific fields with CPSR_CF (MSR cpsr_cf, r0). This is not covered as part of TMS470R1x User's Guide for assembly language instructions.
