SPRS566A, LSP 2.10 DaVinci Linux Drivers refers to several documents for driver usage. In general I would like to get all of them, but at the moment I am very-very interested in this file (according to the document it should be available for download):

SPRUGP6 LSP 2.10 DaVinci Linux VPFE Capture Driver User's Guide
describes how to install and use the VPFE capture driver.

Doc should be located in the following folder after installation of the DVSDK:
dvsdk_2_xx_xx_x/PSP_02_xx_x_xx/docs

If not you can always try the search tool mentioned below to look for Users guides. For Example here is the list of userguides that you can access for DaVinici Platforms

I am on DVSDK 3.1. It does not have a PSP_xxxx directory.

The link you provided did not list those documents. Tried to run search and got no results. I also searched TI for SPRUGP6 and got zero results too.

Where can I find them?

Unfortunately many of the documents associated with the PSP (and some other TI software packages) are not published on the TI website with the majority of the other TI documents, so in general the only way to effectively access many of them is to install the software package which contains the actual documents.

Additionally, there is not as much documentation available for the newer PSP releases as there were for the older MVL based PSP releases, the documentation that is specific to the newer PSPs can be found on the wiki, for example here.
