Thanks for asking.
If by EVM you are looking for design files, AM3352 is the one you are looking for. AM335x family has 2 packages 13x13 and 15x15.

The AM3358ZCZ processor, as used on the AM335x Starter Kit?

Yes, AM3358 is kind of superset device, only AM3359 has more features than it (meaning AM3359 also runs EtherCAT).

By using Starter Kit you can develop your program and if you do not need all the features AM3358 has, you can use another version, per table below, because they are pin to pin and SW compatible.
