why can not DM6467 EVM create encoder?

Our board is Dm6467 evm.The version of DVSDK is 2.0.The encoder library is in the dvsdk 2.0.

Now we cannot create encoder.why?

Do you mean the encode create call fails? You would need to reverify the input configuration parameters/ i/o memory buffers, in case they are wrong the create call can fail.
