AM3358: VDDS_OSC EOS issues

Part Number: AM3358

I have a customer using the TPS65217C to power the AM3358.

After power cycling, there appears to be some EOS issues (VDDS_OSC, specifically), which prevents the AM3358 from booting up, properly.

Would it be possible to have a schematic review to determine root cause?

Does this EOS event occur on every power cycle. Could you provide waveforms of VDDS_OSC signal for working and non-working case?
Also please verify the connectivity and power sequence aligns with the following user guide.

Marcus,

EOS is observed in as few as 20 power cycles, while others last for 1000s of cycles before exhibiting EOS-induced abnormalities.
