AM3517 is not working with mDDR

Hi,

I have connected the AM3517 to mDDR 32bit and tried to boot from MMC1 - see attachments.

I have change the xloader/uboot SW according to TI guidelines also attached.

It seems that the mDDR memory is not working properly see attached debugger view.

When copy in the first time from Internal RAM to mDDR it seems that the last byte of 32bits word are always 0xFF.
