Interface with CMYG interline CCD

Is it possible to get the TMS320DM355 (or TMS320DM36x) to use the color space converter with interlaced fields input?

It only supports when the input data format has 2x2 repeating pattern.

Based on my experience, Sony CCD CMYK sensor has different pattern. CMOS sensor format might be supported, but I need more info to give confirmation.

It is indeed a Sony CCD and not 2x2 reapeating.
