I have gone through the chains_vipSingleCameraFrameCopy usecase.

IPCOut and IPCIn are used for buffer exchange from one CPU to another.

usecase config file : Capture -> Alg_FrameCopy (A15) -> Display_Video

use case gen tool generates the code with -
create -> set link id -> reset link params -> set prms -> set app prms -> connect links

my intention is to exchange uart data from M4 to EVE/DSP.

In order to do that how do i need to include in use case file ?
or
how I need to add only links between uart buffer to IPCIn of EVE/DSP?
