Linux/AM5728: linux error:cannot turn to the Matrix desktop

1.My board is EVNAM5728 ,SDK-LINUX is PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM57X 04_03_00_05

2.When I start my board ,I find a problem.

If my board link up the both of eth0 and eth1,I can successfully step into the Matrix desktop

But When I do not link the network line to one of them or both ,I will wait a long time remaining the first picture and then I can step into the Matrix desktop .Also when I link the network line to the both ,I can immediately step into the Matrix desktop and my script.service can run

4.What should I do to fix it?

Do you use AM572x TI board or custom board? If custom board, can you reproduce that issue on AM57x TI EVM?

Make sure also you have gone through the Matrix user guide, link below.

I use AM572x custom board!Now I have not a TI EVMAM5728!
Can you try it in your TI evmAM5728?

2.boot up the linux with the am57xx_evm_reva3.dtb
3.1 I link the both eth0 and eth1,I can get the Matrix soon after I get "cpsw 48484000.ethernet eth1: Link is Up - 100Mbps/Full - flow control rx/tx
[ 19.616878] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eth1: link becomes ready"
3.2 but when I do not link one of them ,I will stay in this problem for about 2 or 3 minutes

if I link both of them ，I will soon get into the Matrix

Could you please provide more details regarding how you link both eth0 and eth1, and how you link just eth0?

This seems to be SDK known issue, check below link:

PLSDK-2339 - am572x-evm - Matrix GUI takes 2 min to launch when not connected to ethernet
workaround - Need to convert Matrix GUI from initd script to systemd service
