2) 34C88 SW

  • Hi,

In the PACKAGING INFORMATION table towards the end of the datasheet, the Device Marking column has two notes 4 and 5 that explain the additional package markings you are seeing in addition to "TMS320C6745DPTPT3". They relate to the lot trace code and environmental category of the device.

    (4) There may be additional marking, which relates to the logo, the lot trace code information, or the environmental category on the device.
    (5) Multiple Device Markings will be inside parentheses. Only one Device Marking contained in parentheses and separated by a "~" will appear on a device. If a line is indented then it is a continuation of the previous line and the two combined represent the entire Device Marking for that device.

If you require it, I can find out from our quality department what is the significance of these particular package markings.

    Regards,
    Mark
