Is a rising edge necessary for nRESET? Due to an error in the PCB the nRESET Pin is floating, to correct this without redesign it is now connected to 3,3V with a wire under the BGA. The nPOR Pin is connected to an TPS3110 and is working properly. The DM648 should boot from flash, but there is no AECLKOUT and no nACE2 signal. Configuration pins are ok.

I am not able to connect to SYSCLK4 for measurement, CLKIN1, CLKIN2 and BECLKOUT are ok.
