Thanks for your quick reply.

I have found the device trees for various board configuration in following path

newuser@ITT066:~/ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-05.01.00.11/board-support/linux-4.14.67+gitAUTOINC+d315a9bb00-gd315a9bb00/arch/arm/boot/dts

Which are the device tree source file is building upon giving make all command for the compilation and building the kernel for TMDSICE3359 EVM board.

The device tree for TMDSICE3359 EVM is am335x-icev2.dts.
