Integration of a video decoder

I am successful with integration of ADV7180 video decoder with DM365-EVM.  Decoder driver is part of linux kernel.

I would like to integrate ADV7180 decoder driver (source files) with IPNC application framework using custom hardware designed around DM365-EVM (not IPNC).

What procedure/steps would you recommend?
