Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH,
NOTE: For reference, the posts I have already read are below.
The OMAPFlash utility for OMAP3 processors is only usable on Windows 7 or older machines, see links to related posts below. As we still have hardware designs to support, finding an older Windows machine is becoming nearly impossible. The source code for this utility has been mentioned twice. One post says that the code is not public and to contact your TI representative. Another post points the reader to a GForge site, that has NEVER loaded for me from any browser or operating system combination. I hereby declare that site as dead and inaccessible. We are currently running OMAPFlash v1.6 and I need the source to the utility so that we can port it to Linux and get rid of the ancient Windows requirement. The link, http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/docs/latest/linux/Foundational_Components_Tools.html talks about a Uniflash utility on Linux, but I do not believe it will perform the function of OMAPFlash, specifically programming our DM3730 designs. I would appreciate someone provideconcrete information on how and where to obtain the OMAPFlash utility source. Thank you in advance.
