I am trying to reflash with winDSK8 on my TMS320C6748 LCDK DSP. I am able to successfully boot from UART 2 mode to the DSP through the command window but the process gets stuck when trying to transfer the kernel. I am using windows 10 and the latest winDSK8 files. I have attached a screenshot of my issue below.
