Can you please provide to me some layout guidelines for DSP BGA P/N TMS320C6701GJCA120 as follows?

1.  Does TI have an app note that provides layout guidelines for special consideration for laying out a printed wiring board for example, special layout considerations due to power draw of device, bus speeds, and the fact that this device is a BGA.

    TI does provide layout rules and guidelines for specific high speed interfaces such as DDR2 and USB. However for general purpose routing we have no such documentation and rely on customers to use good high-speed design practices and experienced layout designers.
