Linux/AM3358: am335x evm linux prebuilt image not booting

I'm trying to boot evmAM335x board with this linux image:

am335x-evm-linux-05.01.00.11.img.zip

Which I downloaded from http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/AM335X/latest/index_FDS.html . I prepared an sdcard with it, but it doesn't work;

The console outputs: CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC

I loaded the sk3358 diagnostics app onto an SD and it booted just fine, suggesting that the boot switches and CPLD switch settings are correct.

Any help?

Hi Ciphertelecom,

When you see "CCCC" stream on the console, it means that your board is trying UART boot.

From what I understand you are using TMDXEVM3358. I would suggest you to check again your board switches, align to below doc:

www.ti.com/.../sprw225d.pdf

Also I would suggest you to download ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-05.01.00.11-Linux-x86-Install.bin and install it on your host machine. Then run the create-sdcard.sh script and install the pre-built images on your SD card and try to boot.

I Solve the problem. I change, for mistake, the eeprom information. So I reflash the eeprom and its work again
