our us TI‘s AM1808 Work normally at room temperature but cann't bootload at -28℃ 。DDR and NAND Flash are -40~85℃。

Hi,

Are you able to isolate the issue as DDR-related, voltage-related, etc.?

Is uBoot executing? Can you provide the console output?

I suspect DDR might be the issue. Therefore I recommend running a DDR write/read test from the AM1808 internal memory to see if DDR contents are correct. Gradually reduce the temperature and observe the results.
