Hi,

It seems that you are trying to access wrong location.
0x8000_0000 is DDR. NOR flash that is accessed using GPMC is addressed from 0x0800_0000.

my code is right ， it can run very good when no sysbios

my access nor flash address is right 0x08000000

MEM32(0x08000000) = 0xff;

0x80000010 is exception vector address

Hi,

Given that the code worked with MMU disabled, It is most likely there is no first level MMU setup for the region starting from 0x0000_0000. See e2e.ti.com/.../2133596

You need something like in the .cfg file:
// descriptor attribute structure
var peripheralAttrs = new Mmu.DescriptorAttrs();
Mmu.initDescAttrsMeta(peripheralAttrs);
peripheralAttrs.type = Mmu.DescriptorType_TABLE;
Mmu.setFirstLevelDescMeta(0, 0, peripheralAttrs);
