Regd. DM6467 (ARM968 co-processor side)

Hi,

How to make "printf" to work on ARM968 side, in DM6467 multi core environment? I tried to include rts32 libraries along with hdvicp_ti_api_arm968.lib. But they are not co-existing. Can u let me know how to solve this issue

  • HDVICP is closed architecture at the moment; this hardware is exercised thru codecs offered by our ASP partner network.

[edit] I thought you may find the following related post interesting as well.  It was for DM6446, but probrably applies to DM6467 as well.

  • It sounds like you are doing some codec development, as Juan mentions the accellerator ARM cores are not supported outside of specific third parties (we have no experience working with them), but if you are doing this sort of development you should already have local or direct support in place to ask these sorts of questions, if you don't you may want to work with your local sales office or whoever provided you any documentation on the accellerators. Once you have your codec going if you have any other system integration issues outside of the HDVICP we would be glad to help.
