AM5746: Capacitor on the unused function power line.

Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the following question.
[Question]
Can customer reduce the capacitors on the unused AM574x functions(like DPS, IVA, GPU and so on) power line?

For example, if customer will not use the following feature on AM5746 device.
GPU、IVA、DSP, DDR2、HDMI、SATA
Can they reduce the capacitors on below lines?
・VDD_GPU　　10uF×2、0.01uF×6
・VDD_IVA　　10uF×2、0.01uF×4
・VDD_DSPEVE　47uF×1、10uF×2、0.01uF×8
・VDDS_DDR2　　100uF×1、10uF×1、0.01uF×8
・VDDA_HDMI　1uF×1、0.1uF×1、0.01uF×1
・VDDA_SATA　1uF×1、0.1uF×1、0.01uF×1

I received feedback from the PDN expert for this device. Since there are internal interdependencies between the power supplies and IP blocks that are not obvious, we recommend that all capacitors still be supplied to verify that all power rails operate within the required noise limits.
