EVM6474 I2C Boot Problem

Hi, I have a problem in booting my C6474 EVM.
I finished my application project and generated a .out file, but I don't know how to write it into the I2C EEPROM in a bootable structure. Are there any examples and material describing the procedure in detail ?

I have read the Bootloader User's Guide. I get to know the general structure of the I2C boot image, including Boot parameter table, boot configiration table . But I am still not clear about how to make the boot table from .out file. I use the TMS320C6474 Mezzanine EVM Board, so how is the .cmd file for hex6x.exe look like? What parameters should I use? I try to write one like this :

.\led.out
-boot
-a
-e _c_int00
-order L
-memwidth32
-romwidth8
-o led.hex

Is it appropriate for this situation?

As it convert .out file to .btbl, then to .btbl.i2c, finally to .i2crom file in the user's guide. But I converted the .out file to .hex file. What is the difference? Are thare any tools for those convertions(to .btbl, .btbl.i2c, i2crom). Where can I find them and how to use them?
