Am335x DDR3 ISSI "IS43TR16512BL-125KBL" 1Gbyte single die package SDRAM placed in our custom Board,please share the u-boot DDR3 Timing configuration,and also share calibration test tool in u-boot mode.

This is not possible. Calibration is done only through JTAG by the method outlined in these guidelines.

You must fill in this yourself with the parameters from your DDR datasheet.
