Linux/AM5728: AM5728 Encoding Capabilities

I am able to perform 1080p30 encode and 1080p30 decode simultaneously.

Can I do a 1920x1200 encoding. VPE and DSS is capable of handling 1920x1200 video. But when I give it encode, I am getting gstreamer error.

Below is the gstreamer command I am using:

I am capturing 720p video. Upscaling it to 1920x1200. Then trying to encode the video. I am getting following error;

From this I know VPE and DSS is capable of handling 1920x1200. Is there any issue with command or encoder will not support 1920x1200 ?
