We have encountered intermittent problems where the Linux remoteproc sometimes fails to load the DSP.
There seem to be no correlation with the DSP binary because it can happen intermittently with the same binary.
In dmesg the following messages apears:

[ 3.508403] remoteproc2: Note: remoteproc is still under development and considered experimental.
