Hi Guys,
I have new design with AM1705 , its very suitable CPU for my project , but i have problem Memory Mapping . As you know AM1705 has 16 bit EMIFB, So i can only connect 16 bit memmory chips.
if i make 32 M(256Mbit) its ok , i will use 16M16 , but i want to make it 64MB(512Mbit)) then i have to use 32M16 organized chips, but these chips are to expensive , do you have any idea cheapest way to get 64Mbyte.
