Hello all,

We are using vsdk3dot1 version with M4 as display server & we have 12.3 inch.(1920 * 720 ) display,

We are using the below usecase.

Capture_0 -> Display_Video0
DefLink_dispDist (A15) -> Display_Gfx
DefLink_dispDist_1 (A15) -> Display_vid1

When we run the video playback with HD videos 1080p , the display flickers.

We have already taken patches to use the graphics buffer memory from CMA instead of tiler mem.

We have already posted another usecase & in this usecase display goes blank.

Gokul,

Are you using the 1920x720 display here too? If yes, can you please indicate where you're modifying the display parameters (hsync,vsync,pixel-clock etc.) in Vision-SDK. Can you also provide the values used.

Yes Shravan. We are using 1920x720 display. We have updated in chains_common.c file

pVInfo->mInfo.pixelClock = 89400u;

pVInfo->mInfo.fps = 60U;

pVInfo->mInfo.hFrontPorch = 32u;
pVInfo->mInfo.hBackPorch = 64u;
pVInfo->mInfo.hSyncLen = 32u;

pVInfo->mInfo.vFrontPorch = 5u;
pVInfo->mInfo.vBackPorch = 2u;
pVInfo->mInfo.vSyncLen = 1u;

It will be clearly visible when you play 1080p HD videos. I have shared the videos in email.

Hi Shravan,

We could able to reproduce in vsdk3.04version also.

usecase:

Capture -> Display_Video
DispDistSrc_gfx -> Display_gfx
DispDistSrc_vid3 -> Display_vid3
