Error insmod DSPLINK for OMAPL138?

hi,

I have a OMAPL138-EVM board, it has a error when i load dsplinkk.ko file to  board.

  root@seed:/opt/dsplink# insmod -f dsplinkk.ko
  insmod: error inserting 'dsplinkk.ko': -1 Invalid module format

what's wrong about this? how can i do to insmode dsplinkk.ko successful.
