AM3352: Difference between 600 MHz and 1 GHz

Hi Sitara support Team,

My customer would like to know the manufacturing process
of AM3352BZCZA60 and AM3352BZCZA100.

Do they take the same the manufacturing process including the wafer?
Are these differences only in the testing process?

If there are other difference points between AM3352BZCZA60 and AM3352BZCZA100,
Please let me know.

Hi,

This is TI internal information and cannot be discussed here. From customer point of view the only difference is the Cortex-A8 maximum frequency.
