TDA2PXEVM: Config required to enable PHY on TDA2px EVM

Hello,

I am configuring TDA2PX EVM with our application to enable Ethernet. 

I have done pin mux for the below signals. 

1) rgmii0_txc, rgmii0_txct, rgmii0_txd0, rgmii0_txd1, rgmii0_txd2, rgmii0_txd3

2) rgmii0_rxc, rgmii0_rxct, rgmii0_rxd0, rgmii0_rxd1, rgmii0_rxd2, rgmii0_rxd3

3) gpio5_17 

4) mdio_d

5) mdio_mclk

Apart from the above what are the other configuration ( pad config / pin mux) to enable PHY?
